Quality

All e-Gas technicians undergo a higher standard of intensive training, this will give you the confidence in knowing that your conversion has been carried out and tested by a competent person and this will also benefit the e-Gas group with reduced warranty claims.

All main components are encased in metal alloy and not cheap vulnerable plastic reducing the risk of accidental damage.

All equipment  complies to the passenger vehicle Act 1981 and ECE Regulation 67.01

Installations are completed and tested following the code of practice 11, governed by the LP Gas Association.

The conversion carries a 12 month/30,000 mile warranty covering labour and parts, and a further 12 months parts only warranty up to 60,000 miles. Conditions apply i.e. regular servicing.

In addition  we provide warranty on any area of any existing vehicle warranty that is invalidated by a fault in the conversion work or equipment. This covers the full cost of parts and labour to repair or replace any damage or malfunctions that would otherwise have been covered by the other warranty to the following areas

We only use what we consider to be the best and the most reliable system on the market and that is the e-Gas fully sequential gas vapour injection system  controlled by its own ECU (brain) interfacing with the vehicles engine management system, This system is fully automatic with manual override if required. 

Conversion Cost’s?

A straightforward conversion typically starts from as little as £1500(inclusive of  labour all parts and VAT @17.5% Plus A Free tank of gas) .

Where special installations may be required i.e. twin tanks, raised boot floors, high performance vehicles and personal bespoke customisations, these will require additional cost’s.

Conversion Time?

A Standard typical conversion usually takes between 3 to 4 days dependant on the complexity of the conversion.

 

We Do Not Profess To Be The Cheapest And We Are Far From The Dearest

But We Do Offer The Very Best In Service And Equipment.

Since January 2001 all new petrol-driven vehicles must have an EOBD system fitted. This made it compulsory for all these vehicles have a generic 16 pin EOBD socket and use one of a small

number of generic data protocols to transmit emission related data.

What does this mean for the LPG industry ?

Problems?  Warning Lights coming On?  Poor Running?  Fault Codes?

No Not With Our System, if the manufacture has spent an enormous amount of money refining his fuel map and is now forced to share this information via the EOBD,

Why not use this info!

Well we have, e-Gas has developed within its firmware a process to read this information and use it to there advantage when fine tuning the system.

The e-Gas Sly System is computer calibrated and utilises the vehicles EOBD fuel trim data to set up the gas injection duration giving you improved fuel economy, performance and reliability.
